Visiting the Niagara falls is almost a must, being in the region. You surely saw them many times online, on tv or on paper, but have you ever thought about their surroundings?
We did not much research on the area and really appreciated the Niagara region. Popular not only for the Falls but as well for their wine.
It’s a region of winery landscapes, flat and green, wide as other Canada’s region we visited but of a brighter green. We changed from pine-trees to wineries and rivers.
On the suggestion of Patrice, we visited Niagara-on-the-lake before driving to Niagara Falls and this was a good choice. Niagara Falls is very touristic and chaotic, on the contrary Niagara-on-the-lake (population 14’600) is a pretty town with, yes, stores and people but not commercial as Niagara Falls.
Nooo e le foto delle cascate??? Comunque posti sempre spettacolari…cibo da vedere non sembra top ma vediamo che Kate gradisce…bacioni a presto
